Airline State Park

Airline State Park is a direct testament to the beginnings of Americas railways and its railroad systems. Located in Connecticut, it is situated along the Air Line Railway, which was built around 1873 to connect Boston to New York. As a Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, it not only serves as a mere park, but it also serves as a park dedicated to protecting the integrity of of American Railways and what they once represented.
